Open: The Charles Nelson Guest House is open Year Round.
Rooms: There are three guest rooms, all with large private baths.
Reservations: There is a two-night minimum stay during festival/holiday weekends.
Rates: $160.00/$170.00/$180.00;
BOOK BEFORE JUNE 1, 2006 FOR LAST YEAR'S RATES!
Winter Rates: Stay the first night @ full price, your second night is 50% off! (Must mention when booking. Winter rates apply October 1st through May 25th)
Payment: Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Travelers Checks are accepted.
Deposit: One night deposit is required in advance to guarantee your room.
Cancellation Policy: 5 days advance cancellation notice is required for a refund. If it is necessary to cancel within the 5 day limit, we will make every effort to re-book your room. If your room is re-booked your deposit will be promptly returned. We have a $25.00 cancellation charge.
Check In Time: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Please call if you plan a late arrival)
Check out Time: 11:00 (ish)
The Charles Nelson Guest House is non-smoking inside the house.
